Who is responsible

What we collect and why

• Enquiries: your name, email address, phone number and message, so that we can reply and arrange a consultation.
• Deposits and shipments: your name, email address and the details and status history of each deposit or shipment, so that we can provide the service and let you track it. For deposits this can also include the depositor's name, the legal owner, the date and purpose of the deposit, an address, the monthly storage fee and, where we hold one, a passport-style photograph of the owner. These details are shown only to you in the client portal, never on the public tracking page.
• Client portal: your name, email address, a password stored only in scrambled (hashed) form, sign-in times, two-step sign-in settings, messages you send us, documents we share with you, and records of your holdings.
• Security: your IP address is held briefly in the server's memory to limit repeated failed attempts. It is not saved to disk by our own software. Our hosting provider may also keep standard server logs.

Legal basis

We process your data to carry out a contract with you or to take steps at your request before a contract, to protect the security of our service (our legitimate interest), and where the law requires it. We may also be required by law to keep records and carry out identity checks, for example under anti-money-laundering rules.

Who we share it with

Only with people who need it to carry out the work, such as carriers and our website hosting provider. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep records for as long as we need them to provide our services and meet our legal duties, then we delete or anonymise them.

Transfers outside the European Economic Area

We aim to keep personal data within the European Economic Area, and we use approved legal safeguards if a transfer outside it is ever needed.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, to object, and to receive your data in a portable format. Write to the address above. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit, Autorité de protection des données) at dataprotectionauthority.be.

Cookies and fonts

When you sign in to the client portal we set one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. This website serves its fonts from its own server, so no visitor data is sent to a font provider.
