The facility
Aurex Reliance provides private vault storage for gold, diamonds, precious metals and other valuable assets.
Before you commit, we explain where your assets will be held, how access is controlled and how everything is recorded. Ask us anything about the facility and we will answer directly.
Location
Belgium. The exact location is shared with clients once an arrangement is agreed.
Security
Security measures are explained to each client in writing before any deposit, and are not described publicly for safety reasons.
Access and visits
Deposits, visits and collections are arranged in advance, and only by the people named in your agreement.
Insurance
Whether and how stored assets are insured is set out in your written agreement.
How a deposit works
Every deposit follows the same steps, and the terms are agreed in writing before anything is handed over.

We set out the terms, costs, access rules and who is authorised to deposit and collect.
Handover
The assets are delivered to us or collected from you, as arranged.
Verification and recording
The assets are checked and recorded against your agreement.
Storage
Your assets are held in the vault until you ask for access or release.
Follow your deposit
Once your assets are with us, you can check the status of a deposit online using your reference and the email address on your booking.
The public page shows the stage and the date of the last update only. Clients who sign in to the client portal also see the full history of each deposit, their holdings and their documents.
